TOXI PLAN® est une entreprise jeune et dynamique qui accompagne les entreprises dans les domaines des affaires règlementaires, toxicologie, écotoxicologie et évaluation des risques/de la sécurité & vigilance.
TOXI PLAN®
Located in Toulouse (France), Toxi Plan® is a European services company specialized in regulatory affairs, toxicology, ecotoxicology, safety/risk assessment and vigilance. The company supports its clients in eight business lines: medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics, chemicals, raw materials/ingredients, biodegradable/compostable packaging, textile/footwear and home care products.
Several International/European/French decrees, guidelines and regulations are therefore managed by Toxi Plan®, such as ISO 10993-1, 2017/745/EU, 2002/46/EC, 2006-352 (FR), 1223/2009/EC, 21 CFR (US), 1907/2006/EC (REACh), 1272/2008 (CLP), ICPE (FR), 29 CFR (US), EN 13432:2000, 648/2004/EC and much more.
Since 2019, Toxi plan® has accompanied many companies on the European market, mainly in the areas of medical devices and cosmetics. Based on its international regulatory expertise and client requests for 2020, the company will expand its services to EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), NA (North America) and APAC (Asia Pacific) regions.
Toxi Plan® team is composed of scientists, engineers and doctors in several fields (e.g. toxicology, ecotoxicology, chemistry, pharmacology, medical science etc.). This multidisciplinary team has a solid scientific and regulatory background gained from experience with major
international groups, as well as SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) and research laboratories.
Protecting human health and the environment is part of the DNA of Toxi Plan®. For that reason, the company is developing its ecolabel “Toxi Safe®” based on its expertise in ecotoxicology to assess the environmental safety of raw materials, finished products and packaging. Basically, Toxi Safe® supports companies to minimize the impact of their products on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Toxi Plan® has set up the Toxi Safe® taskforce with UNEP (The United Nations Environment Programme), brands and CRO (Contract Research Organizations) to strengthen its sustainable approach.
Finally, Toxi plan® could be considered as a young innovative company strongly committed to protecting people and making a significant move for the environment.
